12:09 PM PT -- A rep for The Manhattan District Attorney's Office tells TMZ Anna was not charged for the incident, and there are no pending charges against her.

A law enforcement source tells us a witness claimed another person in the group struck a tenant in the building with a glass bottle, and that person is detained until their arraignment.

11:21 AM PT -- Our source confirmed that Anna was taken into custody after her reported injuries were seen by a hospital doctor.



Anna Sumner is allegedly in trouble with the NYPD after a Monday Night party got out of control.

The 25-year-old singer and actress is accused of a laundry list of offenses, including public intoxication, possession of narcotics, and even assault, according to a witness source.

Officers say they responded to a 911 call and were dispatched to an apartment in a popular highrise building in Manhattan early Tuesday morning. According to reports, an altercation erupted between guests and nearby tenants, and multiple people were arrested after an initial investigation.

A law enforcement source claims Anna is a suspect in the incident, which went down at around 3am Tuesday morning. Guests at the party were apparently so rowdy, that multiple neighbors called the police. When one decided to confront the party, the altercation broke out.

We're told two people were taken to the hospital for their injuries, but it is unclear if Anna was among the group treated for injuries, and it is unclear if they were a part of the alleged scuffle or not.
